Herald Search Group is a Chicago based firm who provides recruiting solutions for Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Supply Chain related positions. We have a wealth of industry experience including Pharmaceutical / Health& Life Sciences, Communications and Technology, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, and Travel & Hospitality, to name a few.

Leadership

The leadership team has extensive experience working within Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Recruiting. This provides Herald Search Group with a competitive advantage and a unique perspective on all facets of the recruiting process.

Lesley Herald, the President & CEO, has over 16 years of experience within industry procurement, supply chain management consulting, and recruiting. She has sourced indirect and direct categories, led procurement transformation initiatives including organizational design and training, and has developed/managed key business relationships. She began her career at Ingersoll Rand as part of their Leadership Development Program, held various Procurement roles, and supported campus recruiting. Lesley then moved on to Accentures Sourcing & Procurement Management Consulting practice. Â As an executive, she led strategic projects across most industries along with supporting people development and recruiting initiatives. She left Accenture and joined a Supply Chain recruiting firm as the Vice President, responsible for recruiting new talent, developing client relationships, creating internal processes, and training new associates. Lesley established Herald Search Group in 2013 to combine her passion / experience in supply chain and recruiting. She enjoys sharing herpassion, knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm with her candidates and clients.

Lesley graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management and is an active member of M.G. Charities and Dress for Success.
