We have a network of contract employees who are able to provide short-term support whether clients need subject experts for a specific project or have a need to augment their current team.  This flexibility allows clients to bring new talent to the team without adding permanent resources.

Temporary to Permanent

This solution provides clients flexibility to hire resources on a short-term basis with the option of converting them into full-time employees.  This is beneficial if clients are waiting on hiring approvals/budgets or would like to “test-run” candidates.
